Refund Policy
Cancellation
You may cancel your order before the product is shipped or produced. If canceled in time, you will receive a full refund. Orders cannot be canceled once the product has been shipped.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be undamaged, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. No restocking fees will be charged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days. Any bonuses included with your order can be kept, even if you return the product.
Late or Missing Refunds
