Note: Delivery times are estimates. Some orders may arrive sooner or later depending on your location and the fulfillment center.

All deliveries are free of import charges, no matter your country.

Processing Times
We aim to get your items to you quickly! Orders take 1–2 business days to process before shipping.

Tracking Your Order
Once your items are shipped, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number. For more details, contact us at info@pluma.com and we’ll assist you.

Delivery
Most orders are delivered by your local postal service. If you are not home, a notice card will be left with instructions for collection.

Unexpected Delays
Sometimes delivery may take longer due to international customs processing, which is beyond our control. Contact us if your package is delayed, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

Failed Delivery
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal, or absence, it will be returned at the customer’s expense. Any incurred costs will be deducted from your refund.

Items Not Received but Tracking Shows Delivered
We do not refund or replace items that show as delivered. We recommend shipping to a secure address. If your tracking says delivered but you haven’t received your order, contact info@pluma.com and we will investigate.
